Works Related

As a believer of Jesus Christ, you have a profound call and a profound mission! It’s time disciple, that you take your call seriously. If Jesus were your employer, would you still be employed? Are you late all the time for work? Do you try to get as many days off as you can? Are you griping and complaining instead of joyfully pitching in and helping? Are you eager to serve where ever the Boss says there’s a need? Or perhaps you never even show up for work but still expect Jesus your Boss to pay you a high salary, with benefits of course, because you think He has it to give.

What are you believer doing to encourage young wives and young husbands? What do you do follower of Christ, to help children find their way in this wicked world?

“Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins; you will restore the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of the Breach, Restorer of the Streets of Dwelling.”

Who will do it if you won’t? Do you care too much about your video games? Is your vacation house calling your name? How about your pickle ball club? Listen followers of Christ! He didn’t call you to watch on m-line and live in isolation from other believers. He called you to fight and defeat the enemy through the strength He will give you. He called you to be His hands and feet, here. He called you to make a difference in people’s lives and show them a better way. He called you to gather with other employees and to relish together in thankfulness of the mercy of your great Boss! He called you to be close with your comrades, so that together you could make a difference and together you can overcome.

The Jews have made it because God willed it so and because they’ve stuck together.

“You will restore the age-old foundations;”

That’s the Boss saying that! Are you a good and obedient employee? If not, then don’t expect rewards and a grand new job in Heaven, because you didn’t do your job here!
