Dealing With Division

Have you ever really thought or better yet, understood what Jesus was talking about when He told his followers to forgive, not pay back evil for evil, and do good to them that don’t like you? I have thought an awful lot about this in trying to make sense of it. It seems to make no sense in this world.

I heard a Jew, who is born again by Yeshua, explain that Jews are afraid of Christians! Why? Because of the Catholic Inquisition and Martin Luther. Martin Luther put out horrific hate speach against the Jews and said their temples needed to be burned.  

“If we wish to find a scapegoat on whose shoulders we may lay the miseries which Germany has brought upon the world -- I am more and more convinced that the worst evil genius of that country is not Hitler or Bismarck or Frederick the Great, but Martin Luther.”

Could Hitler have gotten his ideas and hatred for the Jews from Martin Luther? He used his materials, so quite possibly.

These churches did not take Jesus words literally and how can you ever win a group of people to your side by hating them, burning them alive because they disagree? The hostages are still being held and no one is protesting on their behalf. We are getting to the same point in the US, turning to violence if someone disagrees. As the days grow more spiritually dark, and the US is swallowed by one world government, the Anti-Christ, cling to the words of Jesus, and never succumb to hatred and bitterness. Divisions are coming, but you don’t have to and must not resort to revenge and violence. Ask the Lord to help you in this area TODAY. We’re all going to need it!
