Over lunch, we were enjoying a typical exhilarating conversation about the Bible and current event with our family and a friend. Something came up about Revelation 21:16 KJV “And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal.” This is the description of the New Jerusalem, that the Bible says will come down out of heaven at the 2nd coming, when the earth is renovated by fire. We know this describes a CUBE. Micah 4:1 says:
“It shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established as the highest of the mountains, and it shall be lifted up above the hills; and peoples shall flow to it.”
My son James said as he was driving a few days before, the Holy Spirit brought this to his attention, about the New Jerusalem being a cube and as he thought about it, he wondered if what was being described was a geometric TESSERACT? He felt confirmation in his spirit that this was so! A Tesseract is a four-dimensional hypercube.
*”For Avenger fans, thats the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word “tesseract”. For fans of the Marvel Universe, the Tesseract is the bright blue cube that not only people from Earth, but also from other planets are crazy about. That’s why all Avengers joined forces to protect Earthlings from the extraordinarily destructive powers of the Tesseract.
But let me tell you this: The tesseract is an actual geometric concept, or rather, a shape that exists in 4D. It’s not just a blue cube from the Avengers… it’s a real concept.”
But here’s the extroindinary part of a Tesseract, that my son Robbie discovered. When it is unfolded, like you would unfold a box or a cube, this is what it looks like!
The New Jerusalem we believe is a Tesseract!!!!! Just as the camp of Israel is laid out in great detail and dimensions, it too forms the cross!!!!
It’s all about the cross! The Bible unfolding before our very eyes!
