Daley - The Door

Dalet - The Door

Believe it or not we are not through with the secrets in the 119th Psalm! Starting with verse 25 and ending with verse 32, in the original Hebrew language only, each verse begins with the fourth letter of the Hebrew alphabet Dalet. Dalet is The Door.  The way of lying or the way of truth must be chosen by way of the Dalet, Jesus, Who is the door. Let’s see what these verses say, keeping Dalet - The Door in mind. This is my interpretation, not a word for word translation.

Verse 25 You the door (Dalet), are the rescue of my soul that clings to dust. Revive me according to Your Word.
Verse 26 I have confessed my evil ways. I realize You are the (Dalet) door. You answered me. Teach me Your ways.
Verse 27 Make me understand the way (Dalet) the door to your precepts. So shall I meditate on Your wonderful works.
Verse 28 My soul melts (Dalet) opens from heaviness; Strengthen me according to Your word.
Verse 29 Remove from me (Dalet) the way of lying, the door of lying, and grant me Your law graciously.
Verse 30 I have chosen the (Dalet) the way, the door, of truth; Your judgements I have laid before me.
Verse 31 I cling to the (Dalet) the open door to your testimonies, O Lord, do not put me to shame.
Verse 32 I will run (Dalet) through the open door of the course of your commandments, For You shall enlarge my heart.
