And the ten horns are ten kings who will rise from this kingdom. After them another king, DIFFERENT from the earlier ones, will rise and subdue three kings. Dan 7:24
The ten horns you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but will receive one hour of authority as kings, along with the beast. These kings have one purpose: to yield their power and authority to the beast. Rev. 17:1-13
In 1974 the Club of Rome made a suggestion that the world be divided into 10 kingdoms. Here they are:
**North America
Western Europe
Japan
Israel, South Africa, and Australia
Eastern Europe, (Russia & Allie’s)
Latin America
North Africa & the Middle East
Main Africa
South and Southeast Asia
Central Asia, including China
And they issued a 3 step plan to usher in a world government.
* The Club of Rome is a nonprofit, informal organization of intellectuals and business leaders whose goal is a critical discussion of pressing global issues. The Club of Rome was founded in 1968 at Accademia dei Lincei in Rome, Italy. It consists of one hundred full members selected from current and former heads of state and government, UN administrators, high-level politicians and government officials, diplomats, scientists, economists, and business leaders from around the globe. It stimulated considerable public attention in 1972 with the first report to the Club of Rome, The Limits to Growth. Since 1 July 2008, the organization has been based in Winterthur, Switzerland.
