A Disciple

So many get saved, born again, by giving their heart to the Lord Jesus and yet they struggle through life. Why? Because they don’t go on to become a disciple. They relish in their old feelings. They don’t take thoughts captive. They don’t avail themselves of church meetings, Bible studies, etc, and they don’t reach out to a mentor. No, instead they continue with their old TV programs, continue with their old music, continue with their old friends, old habits, and above all they don’t allow Jesus to baptize them in the power of the Holy Spirit. The result? “My people perish for a lack of knowledge”, Hosea 4:6. You can’t be an overcomer without knowledge. Without immersing yourself in the things of the Lord, odds are not in your favor. We overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the renewing in our minds.



Stop living defeated lives. Stop transferring your own lack onto your children and grand children. Determine today to avail yourself of all that is available to you to renew your mind. You’ll be so glad you did!



From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? John 6:66-67
