Don't Be A Zombie

Have you been seeing the clips of people who look like zombies out in public on social media? It’s a drug causing the zombie like affects. It is only recently approved for animals and I would hate to give it to an animal, based on what I see it doing to people! It’s called Xylazine. People have dubbed it the Zombie drug. But did you know there are Zombies in the Bible? There is nothing new under the sun, only repackaged! In truth we are not very different from the ancients. The true definition of a zombie is the dead walking. Zombies aren’t really alive but Jesus always brings the dead back to life.

And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. Rev 9:6

And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will strike all the peoples that wage war against Jerusalem: their flesh will rot while they are still standing on their feet, their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths. Zech 14:12

This is speaking of the time in the near future when Jerusalem will fall to the anti-Christ. The supposed victors will sit in the city square rejoicing in their victory and spoil, not realizing that God, their arch enemy, is about to turn nature on them. God’s enemies defeated and Christ will reign as King.

This is not the time to be found unawares.

Now I do not want you to be unaware, brethren. Rom 1:13 a

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Heb 10:24-25

It’s time to stir yourself up and it’s time to stir your loved ones up! Anyone who will listen, for even the heathen know the days are growing short. Get ready, be of sober mind, and don’t be a Zombie!
