Falling Overboard

Falling Overboard

Did you hear about the guy who fell off a cruise ship recently? To my knowledge he was  not found. It’s happened several times lately!

Have you been to Florida or somewhere on the ocean or seen on social media when chum was thrown in the water? Out of seemingly no where, fish, huge, hungry fish devour it in a frenzy of movement?

I heard that someone, with a fishing line, dropped a go-pro into the water off a cruise ship and reported the swarm of fish and sharks following the boat. With the food that is thrown overboard, makes sense!

This reminded me of the way Satan and his hordes of demons are following our ship waiting for us to fall off the good ole’ Gospel ship and many do! God formed you in the womb, Ps 139:13. My life was written in your book. Ps 139:16.

God’s plan for us is one of peace and joy, sailing through life on His Gospel ship, but the waters below always call us. The mystery of what is in them, fascinates is. Hungry for what we can catch overboard, instead of feasting at the Buffet above.

“Some people are trying to live in the blessings of the Lord while still talking like the devil. We must not make that mistake. We will not see positive results in our daily lives if we speak negative things.” JM

There are sharks in the water of life, waiting to devour you! David tells you that all through Psalms. He found out it’s better to stay on board than to fall or jump into the deep, where Satan swims around like a hungry shark, just to see who will jump in, so that he can devour them.

"He was the life of the party. It just hurts too much to even type, let alone talk about it," Blosser said. "He loved the cruise life being able to drink, gamble, and socialize put him in his happy place. This was his first cruise and I’m sure he would have been willing to do one monthly."

Jesus loves you! Get on board the Old Gospel Ship and stay on board!

Blessings
