Dare To Dream
Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love him. 1 Corinthians 2:9
Have you ever really thought about this scripture? At funerals we weep and cry and mourn. I’ve been to funerals where significant others were wailing as they walked down the aisle and had to be partially carried. I can understand this if the deceased is not a believer, but if they are a believer, this scripture should be on the forefront of our minds and hearts!
What we do here will impact us there. We aren’t saved by works and can never be, but once born again, by the blood of the Lamb, we will only die once, not twice (as will the unbeliever) and we have joys awaiting us that no eye has seen. We are simply in a boot camp, training, awaiting our deployment and our suitable body to enter heaven.
Rejoice with those who die in Him and dare to dream!
